He just finished painting the inside of every room in my house and did a superior job. He is a craftsman who does the detail work himself and is onsite full time. His cutting and detail is perfect and he leaves no slop on the floors, drips on base or trim or other mess that requires me to follow behind, repair and cleanup. In addition, he is prompt, never late and always reliable. He moved the furniture and left everything clean. While he is not the cheapest, because he does not hire kids or tweekers with no experience or skill for minimum wage, he is certainly the most reasonable by far if you average the project cost over the time he and his helpers, his wife and daughter, take to do the work. He estimates and I calculate his average hourly rate at well below market for his work that is truly professional. I have paid considerably more for professional work of lower caliber elsewhere.
